The Roomplace's 5-year "no-use, no-lose" warranty is deceiving. The "warranty" covers nothing of actual value. Also, the representatives never tell you that you'll only be getting STORE CREDIT for furniture purchases of $999 or more. They deceive you by saying you'll get your money back... That's not true. Further, their quality is HORRIBLE. I've had issues with a couch I purchased not even a year ago (so still under warranty). The leg has broken twice. Let me start by saying, I apologize for the novel of events but what happened was not okay and I want to make sure the company is aware of the situation at hand!!! Where to even begin, literally a set up for failure. I thought I had finally found my place in life. I did not mind going to work 5-6 days a week, including all day Saturday and Sunday. HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!! Ordered a bedroom set - nightstand came cracked and was offered a 25.00 gift card to use in THEIR STORE to purchase more items and pay for another delivery and items. THEN to find out that the dresser that came with the nightstand was all cracked inside - called customer service (of course they are closed) and left a message through our sales person Stanley for CHRIS BOBACK the MANAGER to call me - NO CALL until I called back.
