Do not purchase furniture from this place. Biggest mistake I ever made. My so called leather sofa has peeled horribly in 3 years. I complain and they basically said tough! I see a report on the news about them using manufacturers with cheap materials and proceeded to file a claim. I receive a credit for half the amount of the sofa to use at their store. REALLY,!!! Do they sell half sofas? Its so frustrating how these places are not fair. Damn shame they are in business!
The Room Place in general sucks!! I went to Harlem & Belmont and I've had all kinds of delivery issues. Now I can't get some of my stuff until July!! Customer service is no help, I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone!
I bought about 10k worth of furniture 2 years ago including a protection plan by GUARDIAN PROTECTION. The sales man added it to my bill without asking me first. When I said somethin about it he told me it was going to be worth if I ever had a problem. it took to years to have a small problem with one of the pieces and it took a five minute phone call to learn that the PROTECTION PLAN IS WORTHLESS
