I arrived at 2:50 PM for my 3 PM appointment, but I didn’t leave the salon until 9 PM. This was the most crazy experience I had I literally paid deposit book a wash & curl only!!!walk out looking like chia pet I cried because she cut so much hair off I just couldn’t understand the service that was provided nasty attitude & the end my money was returned & she told me to find another stylist!! & I was fine with that!!
I have 4C hair type. She combed and blew dry my hair aggressively and raked through it. If you are a professional you should know to comb from the bottom and work up for 4C texture. Then after it was blown out she said my hair was dry and stiff. Then she fingered her own Spanish hair to demonstrate how mine "should" be. I couldn't believe her, I am black she is spanish of course our hair is different. I personally believe my hair is fine the way it is.
