I visited the room for the first time recently! I moved to Marlbrough a few months ago but honestly ive been looking for a new stylist for years. Liv met me at the door and welcomed me in. We discussed what I was looking to do and she was able to bring me from bright blonde highlights back to natural brown in one process. I brought the wrong bleach kit box. A reason issue, that I overlapped bleach at home that was 36 volumes that causes breakage if I used the wrong level of developer. It's supposed to be 10 volumes for bleaching my hair then after 3 days later to dye the SEMI-PERMANENT Lunar Tide color. My hair was totally damaged. Was in town for my brother's wedding, and until the week before the event I totally forgot that I would need makeup and a haircut!!
