I brought the wrong bleach kit box. A reason issue, that I overlapped bleach at home that was 36 volumes that causes breakage if I used the wrong level of developer. It's supposed to be 10 volumes for bleaching my hair then after 3 days later to dye the SEMI-PERMANENT Lunar Tide color. My hair was totally damaged. Was in town for my brother's wedding, and until the week before the event I totally forgot that I would need makeup and a haircut!! (I don't usually do any of these things often, if at all :P) Sent them a message via their website form and was surprised how responsive they were! Have seen both Liv for haircuts and styling as well as Kelsey who does my lashes. Both ladies are lovely and prices are very fair. I would trust no one else.
