First time here. Pretty friendly salon. Did not listen to me I wanted light brown and got black. I think I had a stylist just out of school. I have been to many affluent salons but this one was a bit over oroced for what I received. My blow out was nice but unfortunately I will not be back.
Cassandra is the best. She works from her full heart. I recommend her to all
I’m writing this review over a year after my experience because it took that long for my hair to fully recover, and I wanted to give an honest account of what happened. Come for your stylist (mine is Cassandra) who are usually fabulous. I cannot say enough things about how good she does my hair. She gets 5 stars. I took off two stars because this salon automatically schedules your next appointment without telling you for months out. Then maybe 3 days before they send you a message to remind you (mine came on a busy Saturday) saying if you don’t cancel before 48hours they will charge your card on file a 50% cancellation fee.
