I had the worst experience at The Room. I paid $300 for highlights, but they didn’t do what I asked for. They blamed my hair’s condition and told me to come back in 20 days, saying they would do a full highlight for just $90. When I told them I wanted to wait a little longer to let my hair recover, they agreed that it was a great idea. Brianna C. is meticulous! I have been her client for 7 years and she has transformed me into a blonde. She’s very focused when applying the bleach with a delicate, steady hand. I have never experienced breakage or damage to my hair. In fact people think I’m a natural blonde. Once I was walking from the salon to my car and someone passing by complimented my hair. I can’t say enough great things about this salon! After trying a few other places, I finally found my forever stylist here, and I couldn’t be happier. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. My stylist truly listens to what I want and works magic every time—my hair has never looked or felt better!
