The Customer Service is needs to be improved. Went to a workshop and asked to have it shipped since could not take with me the day of. They indicated that they would use an email on file to send over the invoice and they will ship out as soon as the invoice is paid. It has been a week and still no invoice after multiple attempts to receive it from them.
What a wonderful place! I was able to recieve a tour along with a candle making lesson! All the pieces are handcrafted with great detail and fine craftsmanship. With a GORGEOUS mural on the front of the building and easily accessible by the cincinnati connector, this place really has a lot to offer from a wide variety of audiences.
Very informative tour. Second time doing gave a different perspective.
