The Roof Xperts proved to be a most reliable and competent company. The repair work done on my gutter and soffits was commendable. All involved in the resolution of my roofing situation were courteous, punctual and effective. I definitely recommend their services.
I had a roof estimate done in Nov 2021. The estimate was ~$13k for my shingle roof and $3200 for my flat roof. I decided to have them replace the shingle roof and install gutters which was done in January 2022. I called back recently to get an updated estimate on the flat roof portion. They quoted me $11k for the flat roof (9’ x 24’) so not a very large area. I inquired why their price quadrupled and i was told this was the price.
