The Roof Resource came through in the most unusual circumstances, and we are forever grateful to our rep for coming through under extreme pressure. My wife and I were selling our house, we had an offer, and were set to close after labor day 2024. There was a 3 week window of opportunity to get the job completed prior to our closing date. I had a great experience working with Mike Staples, Alisha Cieslik, and the Roof Resource team. I had a broken skylight from a branch falling on our roof and some hail damage. Mike did a great job walking me through all the options and advising me on pragmatic considerations. I liked their transparent flat fee model, which aligns better with homeowners than the typical GC markup model. I had to reschedule the installation a few times, and the team was accommodating.
