Communication was lacking, permit wasn't discussed until the day of, contractor was unaware of payments and being out of town. The process wasn't very clear. The contractor was great after having a conversation. None of this should have been this difficult. Was also never told that a credit card service fee would be added for the RR fee until after the fact, which is just annoying as I could have saved money and the owner stated "that should be made more clearly" well......duh. Didn't even bother to try and make it right or ... read more
The team at The Roof Resource was wonderful. The roof installation crew Luca Exteriors was amazing, very professional and cleaned up after themselves. The install crew installed the roof in less than a day and were gone by 3:30. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a roof.
