Took over a month to get a repair done after I called week after week. Repaired the gutters before even consulting me about a price and then sent me an invoice. While he might give you a cheap price, you get exactly what you pay for. Take your money elsewhere.
Update, The Roof factory's subcontractors came out and fixed the leak whle they finished replacing the front of the house. So far its good. I still feel, they should have come out when they were informed of the leak. My husband had secured the roof with a tarp.
