I called Kevin after we had our home’s interior painted with popcorn ceiling removal and needed our TV remounted. He and his assistant came within two days of the request, despite being fully booked. He understood the fact that we were pretty antsy to have a working tv and squeezed us in and was extremely professional, flexible and so patient with five dogs in the home (🙉). Was initially responsive and friendly but then ghosted me when it was time to actually do the job. Extremely disappointing experience that wasted a couple months of my time.
I reached out to this company for a dishwasher repair. Kevin was quick to respond and very accommodating with my schedule. He was honest about what was needed and explained everything to me thoroughly. Will definitely be using this company for any future repairs!
Kevin is very knowledgeable about home repairs. I had an issue with my sink and called multiple people who told me they couldn’t help until I found him. He was very prompt in responding, kept in touch about scheduling, was punctual and super efficient. His estimate was fair and he explained all my options. He wasn’t trying to sell me on the most expensive fix, but rather on the best value for my investment. I’ll definitely call him again for my home repair and maintenance needs!
