Doesn't even show up. Two no shows in one week
Roof Doctor has a good website you’d think it was a big company -it’s NOT. It’s one unreliable guy pushing his business to attend every suburb in Melbourne. He let us down twice gave us a window of time the following day couldn’t even be bothered to text … said he was busy. We called him he said will come next day… once again no show. Called him 3 days later to complain he said I can come now—NO WAY! Save yourself a hassle look elsewhere.
Didn’t fix the leak, made it worse. Never returned to fix the job after multiple times agreeing to come back. Ended up with water coming through the downlights. Engaged licensed roofing contract to repair properly.
Please do not use THE ROOF DOCTOR! They supposedly fixed my mums roof in South Yarra, back in January. We paid over $6000 cash! We paid a professional tradesman to fix the entire hallway inside the house, only to discover that the roof had Not been fixed properly! Water is damaging the ceiling and walls again! I have telephoned Omar over 25 times this week and emailed him! No response! Given that jobs are done on the roof, customers have absolutely no way of knowing that work has been completed correctly! Do not Trust!
