This is a beautiful venue! Has the potential to be a grand place one notch just shy of luxury; however, the customer service is PISS POOR. Had a 1:15 reservation, arrived at 1pm. The venue was not crowded and clearly was not busy, yet asked to wait in the sitting area for 25 minutes. Yes, we were greeted but no urgency, nor was there any consideration for our time. No communication, No update; No service. All the while we are in the presence of the staff. Once I decided to leave, was told "I'm done now, I now can help you." ... read more
Save your money. It's nice inside but this place needs new ownership or management. Our drinks were terrible. We didn't even finish them. They were out of Makers Mark, Calamari, service was slow even though we were the only people in there. The moment the place came the waiter came and cleared our plates, we definitely took it as our cue that it was time to leave. We got the world's toughest lamb chops... Yall got to do better.
First let me start with the good. Atmosphere was amazing, the patio was nice and quiet and I loved that it was by the lake. It was very romantic for a late night dinner and Storm Sax was amazing on the saxophone. Now for the bad….. when I got to the restaurant, there was no one standing at the front station. There was a sign that said please wait to be seated. There were two ladies standing off to the left side of the restaurant holding a conversation.
