All lies on his response. I don’t know anyone in a custody battle. He never mentioned pricing and I have screenshots of his harassing texts. You can go into his shop and see he physically doesn’t clean his tools, no solution anywhere. You can see how dusty his shop is. My reviews on other business have nothing to do with my review of his shop. He trash talked other salons not me, I have only had good experiences at other chain and locally owned salons. I decided to give this salon a chance because of its 4.9-star rating, but unfortunately my experience was extremely disappointing. When I walked in, the salon was dirty. There was hair all over the floor, dusty surfaces, and tools with other clients’ hair still in them sitting out on the counter instead of being sanitized. Before brushing my hair, the stylist had to pull someone else’s hair out of the brush, which was very unhygienic. The sink barely worked, and he kept complaining about how it wasn’t fixed properly. Drove 4 hours to get v light hair extensions. Only place in Northern Ontario. Turned out great. I have very thin hair and it gave me fullness and length. Highly recommend for anyone. He was patient and thorough and made sure I was happy before I left.
