Don’t bother requesting a quote! As much as you’d love to support the locals, there is no real value when you’re waiting 3 weeks or more for a quote.. imagine how long it would take for a job to be completed. Rang someone from Mackay and they booked me in for the next day. Really unprofessional, couldn’t book a day for them to attend and obviously does not want the money. They even recommended to paint the damage to the roller door… not what we requested. Really disappointing!
Worst technician and fitment of roller door had waited 2 months for him to quote it. once quoted asked for 60percent diposit and took 1 month to receive and another 4 days to install once installed problems after problems and charged a call out fee to fix a roller that was only 1month old don't bother on another note the two reviews with 5stars are fake I had the pleasure of meeting Jody as his assistant and Gabriel as his admin who lives in NSW
I am a local Jubilee Pocket of many years now & just had a roller shutter installed to my bedroom window. This was so affordable for me. Such a life changer as my room is now so quiet & dark. I am someone that wakes to the neighbors baby, so I am very happy. The customer service of the technician was fantastic.
