Given the poor reviews prior to this, my experience sadly aligns. If you're looking for an out-of-touch business that clearly hasn't adapted to the digital age and shows little interest in delivering quality support or service, this is it. The whole process of getting a quote, accepting it & having our insulating window roller shutters installed on our house was attended to promptly by Jason & his team. We were happy with his punctuality&professionalism . One quote we received was double what Jason charged us for the same product without the hard sell & pressure to accept. We are extremely happy with our shutters which have improved our security & comfort. Thankyou The Roller Door Man, highly recommend.
Very unhelpful at the front desk. Would not assist with supplying spare parts.
Terrible service was advised someone would contact me but no one did then was told I’d have to wait until they had other work nearby before they attended 🤷♂️ I’m only in cairns 🤦🏻♂️
