Our garage door spring snapped over the weekend, which was incredibly frustrating. Our roller door stopped working while we were on holidays (our house sitter let us know). When I rang The Roller Door Doctor to arrange repairs, Helen from their reception asked some relevant questions, told me what to check on and said that if that didn't fix the problem that I could call back and arrange an appointment.
