Had Paul call into fix our roller door which was done very efficiently @ reasonably in good time @ price. He was very good at advising on tension for door. Will be using these people again when needed. Recommended for good @ reliable service. Thanks
Highly recommend this Company. Their focus on 'Customer Service' is to be envied and hard to beat. Our initial phone call was handled in a friendly, professional manner and subsequent contact was excellent. They kept us up to date with call out times and Mark, who attended to our problem was an excellent tradesman. He certainly rectified our problem and our shed door has never worked so smoothly.
Extremely happy with the workmanship and service by these guys. They did an excellent job raising the carport opening and moving the roller door mechanism. Happy to recommend them to anyone needing work done.
Our garage door spring snapped over the weekend, which was incredibly frustrating. I first contacted the company that originally supplied and installed the door, but they didn’t seem particularly interested in helping organise a repair. On Monday morning, I called The Roller Door Doctor, and I’m so glad I did. They booked me in for first thing Wednesday morning without any hassle. The service technician arrived right on time, came fully prepared with the exact parts needed, and had the door repaired and back in perfect work... read more
I could not rate these guys higher! They absolutely saved my bacon after I had an unfortunate interaction with a garage panel door. It was well into the afternoon when it happened, and technician Max was able to get to me within 90 minutes. I couldn't believe the amazing fix he was able to do right there and then, and all for the basic callout charge. I was very distressed about the incident and Max was empathetic, with great people skills. I'm totally blown away, and I will spread the word!
