Gave them a call to fix a lock on my roller door. The lad came bang on time and after replacing the lock noticed my roller door was installed incorrectly and fixed that as well withoutme asking. I thought the problem I had was normal for that door. Would definitely recommend these guys.

Accidentally backed into my roller door that caused a slight track derailment. Contacted Roller Door Doctor and they were just absolutely great. From the point of Receptionist that answered the call (sorry I didn’t get the name), setting the appointment immediately, and calling again to confirm the slot - communication was just perfect. Technician Mark came within the time promised, was skillful to resolve the problem, and touched it all up by giving it a thorough inspection and oiling. Professional.
