They responded quickly and promptly (within 1 hour, as soon as working hours started), and were able to quickly assess my needs and respond with helpful, precise, information. They also even called back a few minutes after our conversation ended because they thought of one additional note that they hadn't mentioned on the call and wanted to follow up and make sure that I had all of the information possible. I had a stellar experience with this firm.
My biggest mistake was when I called this firm once and asked for some advice related to immigration. I spoke with J. Sebastien Rogers one year back on some immigration advice. I was looking for a good lawyer and called few firms. I asked Mr. Sebastien couple of questions on the phone to see if he can help, just like you would do with any service provider to see if that person can help.
