I loved the rockwell on picture, and was so excited to go see it for myself in person. I scheduled a tour and showed up as scheduled, but when I arrived no one was there due to an emergency. Wouldn’t have known if it weren’t for someone leaving the office at the time of my arrival. Was told I would be contacted to reschedule, and wasn’t contacted. Was looking forward to it, but now I will not be rescheduling. Just a heads up to call and confirm your tour the day of!
After the change in administration and Mag , no longer work in the office, because Mag was really great, things are a bit difficult. I've lived here for 3 years and have been facing some difficulties in communicating directly with the administration, I really hope this changes, I love living here, Ashley is always very polite, but the other lady was not very respectful and seemed to know nothing about an application process I'm waiting for for a family member. Overall nice place. The office is responsive to questions and concerns. Update: After three years here and around 4 managers, things are going downhill. (Why did Rob leave??). They don’t enforce community rules and every month there are more and more loud, disruptive people who do whatever they want, WHENever they want. It’s disappointing and frustrating because they tell residents to let them know and then not only do things not get better, they just get worse because they don’t hold people accountable.
Worst community by far for the past year ! Changed in management has caused so many issues and is visible through the property, broken appliances takes weeks to repair , grills are constantly out of order and never cleaned ! Fire pit has been non existent for months. I’ve never had my packages stolen when Rob was the manager as I write this review my package has been stolen for the 7th time !
