DO NOT BUY OR RENT AT 8 MANOR RD W - one of their recent developments of which the hot water was not working three weeks ago, parking wasnt working last weekend and hot water is down again. The only thing working is the garbage chute so far... probably won't last for long..
Trying to communicate with the office is like pulling teeth. No wonder they have so many vacant homes. I've lived here 11 years and trying to rent a new unit and its impossible to get a hold of Nirosh or get a reply. Maintenance never fills work orders. Very disappointing. But David and Jane are 5 star!!!
