This review is for Victor (and Dez)! Victor is such a gift to this complex. He cares about people and serves with quality and excellence. I am so grateful for him and Dez came to my apartment late night in an emergency to fix a broken toilet. They came within an hour of me calling. Absolutely unacceptable move-in experience. This property is in complete violation of health and safety standards. On move-in day, we were given a unit that was filthy, moldy, and uninhabitable: Overwhelming dog urine/wet dog odor throughout unit Furniture covered in hair, grime, and filth Black mold on air vents, dust everywhere, clogged sink Dishwasher had live roaches, garbage disposal smoked Smoke detectors were hanging or missing — MAJOR safety hazard Bathroom and carpets were clearly never cleaned Windows moldy with wa... read more
Updating my review office staff have gotten nicer, so thats a plus. The only thing I don't like is that there is no option to opt out of their wifi that they provide. I pay over $100 for my own internet, yet I still need to pay the rockland for their wifi that I don't even use. Please give an option to opt out of using the Wifi and I would give you guys a 5 star.
