Roaches all the time. Rent was $200 dollars more than it was supposed to be every single month. Pool never clean. stuff in gym always broken. Not worth how expensive it is. Kitchen sink has been leaking and molding. do not live here awful do not suggest to anyone
No hot water. Place was filthy.Spent 3 hours cleaning every surface. Black mold looking nasty stuff under the sinks. Water heater constantly running in utility closet. But thankfully no roaches or mice.
My experience with Desme the maintenance tech was good! My washer broke down and he came and got it running within a reasonable time!!!
