Visited the store today, we're visiting from the UK. I wanted a cowboy hat. Absolutely first class, customer service was second to none, really helpful and came away with just what I wanted. Thanks 👍

I’m very autistic and visibly trans, I feel terrified going into these kind of places, but the guy behind the counter was super nice and helped me with my new boots, twice! Gave proper care instructions, very knowledgeable, gave me insoles when I accidently got a size too big, now they fit perfectly
Unfortunately I had a bad experience here awhile back. Clerk was at the register talking with a buddy. I asked a question and he was so overtly rude that it seemed like he was trying to get me out of the store. It made me so uncomfortable that I just turned around and left. Not sure what that was all about.
Amazing place for western gear ! Bought an awesome Beaver hat. Great customer service and was really helpful in finding me the perfect fit !!
