Co-op building, apartments are quite large. Security desk at the front entrance and a nice big lobby and outdoor area. Laundry room in the basement. Good amount of visitor parking. Depending on which side of the building you either have amazing views of NYC or great sunsets looking west. Heating system is very intense apartments can be too hot.
24hr doorman, nice views of NYC, large outdoor living space to relax, onsite parking (which is rare in Montclair) and close walking distance to Whole Foods and dozens of restaurants.
Nancy at the concierge desk was very rude when answering phone call, Also heard other co workers in back ground saying just hang up on them. I was trying to get connected with management got hung up the first time and then had to call back. Very unprofessional
