24hr doorman, nice views of NYC, large outdoor living space to relax, onsite parking (which is rare in Montclair) and close walking distance to Whole Foods and dozens of restaurants.
Nancy at the concierge desk was very rude when answering phone call, Also heard other co workers in back ground saying just hang up on them. I was trying to get connected with management got hung up the first time and then had to call back. Very unprofessional
Lovely setting, beautiful pre-war apartments with lots of light. Amazing views all around. It's been five years and we're very happy here.
