I was told multiple times that my payment would only be $13, and each time I confirmed with the staff, they never mentioned otherwise. Today, I even called again before my appointment and was given no indication of a change. Only after driving out to the facility and taking time out of my day did I learn that the actual cost would be $65. I understand that insurance can be complicated—that’s not the issue. I was evaluated with Ashley. She is knowledgeable, friendly, thorough, easy to talk to, follows up on retaining records, I could go on and on. The biggest accomplishment was her knowledge of my problem and assessment was spot on! And the therapy is actually helping big time!!! Thank you.
