This is the WORST experience I've ever had with a doctors office. First off, for my initial appointment, I had to wait an hour past my scheduled time to be seen. An apology wasn't offered for the inconvenience. My appointment was with Dr. Hanna. Initially, I felt she was decent despite her staff's rudeness at the front desk. But now? Hell no.
