I have had multiple horrible experiences with customer service. I found the lady at the front desk with longer blonde hair partially rude on several occasions and always leave feeling like I have put her out for doing her job. I have continued to go back due to ease of it being close to home but after my most recent interaction I’d prefer to drive the extra 15mins to not be treated like rubbish. I will not be back.

Needed a paver a slightly different colour. They were happy to help me exchange and get the right paver. Very friendly and helpful.
