Big shout out to Shawn at the service desk. I limped into his shop on a Friday morning, with a rapid air leak in my rear tire on my BMW R1200 GSA. Tire was buggered and needed replacing. I was on a cross country tour, so was desperate! Shawn had me fixed up with a new tire, mounted and ready to roll - all within three hours. Fitting me into his full shop schedule was gratefully done. He was a trip saver! Highly recommended - and appreciated.

$400 for a safety seems a bit steep if I'm being honest but I'm a new rider I have never been here before so there's that. Customer service was excellent and I will ask for a price quote next time so I know what I am getting into.
