I unfortunately have to give this gym a 1 star. Not because of the facility, but due to their lack of communication and absurd policy. My son and I were going to be in town for a baseball tournament. A week prior to heading to GA from IN I called to confirm they have day passes and that a 16 year old would be able to work out. They said yes that all that was needed was a birth certificate for my son. This is customary as we travel alot and work out at many different facilities. ONE WORD: GREEDY!!. They throw every trick in the book at you. You’ll pay up front for your last month, and then when you finally finish your contract and go to cancel they make you pay the month you’re on and the next month “because they need a months notice.” I have not had any good interactions with management here. They don’t care about people only money.
I’m not even someone that writes reviews…That said I just drove 20 minutes to go to the gym To have a change of scenery and use some different equipment From my normal gym. I got there at 3:45 PM and they said they couldn’t sell me a day pass to work out with some excuse why but they said they could sell me a membership!!
