Expeditiously run! The absolute best experience that was relaxing, restoring and peaceful! Don’t let this opportunity pass your lifetime. I promise you it’s a fantastic environment for adults and kids. They have “KID MEMBERSHIPS” for the kids to play. Parents must be present. The food is delicious and healthy! The drinks are energetic before/after workout sessions. There is a sauna room to calm your body. Red light stretch therapy room and ice bath to cool off. Wonderful music!

All I can say is reviews can be deceiving. They just opened up about a year or two ago; most of the reviews are from the previous location. First, the gym is very, very old, rundown, ghetto, and dirty. It's a significant downgrade from their previous location. Everything is so crammed together. The only good things about the gym, which are the sauna and cold plunge, therapy, etc., you have to pay extra for with memberships or add-ons, which is very disappointing.
