Great gym and very welcoming environment. The staff is always friendly. I love working out here. They also recently updated the work out equipment with a bunch of new pieces.

Excellent gym! Read one review that says its the best gym within a 50 mil radius, I venture to say its the BEST gym within a 60 mile radius. The staff are always very friendly, helpful, encouraging, and knowledgeable. The price is well worth it. They offer TWO 24/7 hr facilities, showers, changing rooms, classes, and plenty of equipment and weights for anyone at any level of fitness. I love the location of the HWY 27 facility, the atmosphere and music, the variety of equipment, cooler full of sports/energy drinks if needed. ... read more

Now this building is worth my membership. The kiddies don't want to go here. It's an old school heavy weights clanking gym. This is the one to visit for more mature people who want to get in their lifts and move on. There isn't a bunch of kids sitting on one piece of equipment for 45 minutes doing Instagram, chit chatting, or whatever. A wide range of equipment, everything you need and then some. Staff is great, very clean.
