Talk about unprofessional service and conduct by an employee. Matthew gets corrected on Facebook, throws a fit, then sends a message saying some rude words to someone he doesnt know and proceeds to block them so he can't be educated on his mistake. I would NEVER go with a company that would employ such a person. Treating customers this was is unacceptable. Thinking he can get away with suck behavior is not going to happen. Matt helped me and answered all of my questions. Customer service is unfortunately nonexistent these days. NOT the case with this company! These guys know Automowers and go above and beyond to help you! Thanks you
