I’ve worked with Natt now for 4 years. I even bought a second mower from him last season when mine broke. Even though I didn’t my OG mower from him he has always been there for help and parts. I’ve never worked with anyone more willing to help! Great company.

Talk about unprofessional service and conduct by an employee. Matthew gets corrected on Facebook, throws a fit, then sends a message saying some rude words to someone he doesnt know and proceeds to block them so he can't be educated on his mistake. I would NEVER go with a company that would employ such a person. Treating customers this was is unacceptable. Thinking he can get away with suck behavior is not going to happen. Let this be a teaching opportunity for him. Hopefully the company will take corrective action to never ... read more
