Visited Asbury Park yesterday and decided on this place to have oysters and food. I rarely ever get sick from seafood as I am an avid oyster fan. However, I now have food poisoning after having 6 (which I originally thought tasted a bit off, I should’ve listened to my intuition). I hadn’t eaten anything else that day so it rules out other possibilities. So if you are looking to get oysters, I would say to be careful! Otherwise the service was great.

Our server and the rest of the staff were excellent. Love the atmosphere. There was live music. The food was good. I had the fried fish. The only compliant about it was there was a bitt too much batter. Will definitely go here again.

I’ve had the seafood sampler the oysters and clams are nice sized with a refreshing flavor, the shrimp are meaty and crab salad still lets the crab speak for itself rather than being too mayo based. If you like lobster rolls this a place to get them, I’ve had the Connecticut lobster roll, not too much butter, so not soggy or greasy at all, the lobster is tender and speaks for itself just like the crab, it doesn’t need a bunch of butter. The roll is nicely toasted... read more
