Uptight, not accommodating, small pool and constant room complaints at barely 7pm. WILL NOT STAY AGAIN
everything about my stay was above & beyond. the room was impeccably clean. the staff was without question the best I’ve encountered in my travels throughout Chicago! cute cafe which made breakfast by the pool easy & relaxing. (definitely get to the pool as soon as it opens to claim your spot). I’ve been to many 4 star hotels & this one is actually a 5. couldn’t recommend enough, thank you so much for my stay!!

The Robey is a fabulous boutique hotel in the middle of Wicker Park, a great Chicago neighborhood. Its location is perfectly situated and walkable to fun and funky shops, wonderful restaurants, and bars. The staff is amazing! From the moment we were greeted by Jake and Irving, who valeted our car and helped us with bags, to checking in with Andrew and Josh, their helpful suggestions, recommendations, and friendly service was second to none. I had a just okay time staying at the Robey. I called in ahead of time to request a crib in my room but was then informed the crib is broken. We waited past midnight for them to fix the crib and the baby had to sleep on the adult bed first. The next day I was informed the swimming pool is open to hotel guest 8-11am so I went up but had trouble getting by elevator to the roof top, and was later informed the pool doesn’t open until 5pm. A lot of miscommunications and low efficiency management
