Great spot downtown Lake City. Simple hassle free self check in, easy big sites and clean facilities. Will stop by again for longer stay next time in the area. Did not think the train noise was that bad or bothersome as some say in other reviews.
A hidden gem of a rv park in a sweet small town! The sites are level concrete pads with FHUs. There is a dog park, bathrooms, and trash pickup. The laundry room is small however there is no charge for the washers/dryers!! The park sits on the site of the ROB which is a restored tobacco building used for events. What’s really nice is the Main Street is only two blocks away and loaded with shops, restaurants, a fitness center that allows a daily use fee, and a fruit market.
