I living in 2315 tamarack manor last 2 weeks no manager and today is holiday but Las 3 days in building so many durti things and last exit side so many garbage and mosquito .bed for our baby so durti and rent is so high but no any facilities
I want to share my experience with RMS, the property management company, to caution potential renters. While the property itself was enjoyable and we loved living there, dealing with RMS was a challenge. After residing in our apartment for over three years and maintaining it in immaculate condition, we faced unexpected and unjustified charges exceeding $3000 upon moving out. Building manager changes multiple times a year. Added additional cost of water after signed lease! Rude, unprofessional and passive aggressive manager (Tracy). Nice place to live but not worth it because of the management.
GREEDFLATION WARNING. They want $300 more per month for my rent now on the new lease 😳. I guess they think it’s pocket change for low income earners. Way to take advantage of the people paying for their living. You also can’t control your heat, thermostats won’t do anything. That means you’ll be using a lot of ac in summer (not provide by RMS) and portable heaters in winter. The positive reviews are CLEARLY business affiliations trying to raise their sinking scores. Be prepared to pay a lot for a little here.
