If you’re in the market looking for an all inclusive apartment, look no further. I would highly recommend The Riviera on Semmes. This is currently my second year living here after transferring to another apartment - which I love! During my transferring process the property manager LT was very helpful, informative and not to mention made the transfer process easy. He cares about his tenants and their concerns, what a wonderful property manager he is! 😊
LT helped me find an apartment that was within my budget and a reasonable amount of sq ft. He allowed me to take pictures and video of the apartments I was considering and walked me through all the amenities. He also answered all the questions I had and allowed me time to make a decision.
I had a wonderful experience with LT Wilkerson and his property management team throughout the entire application and move-in process. From the very beginning, LT was professional, responsive, and genuinely helpful. He and his team made the application process smooth and efficient, always keeping me informed and answering all my questions in a timely manner. The move-in process was just as seamless.
