Evicting a stage 4 cancer patient during Christmas is cruel beyond words. Imagine fighting for your life and losing your home at the same time — during a season that’s supposed to be about love, compassion, and giving. No one deserves to go through that. Where’s the humanity?
I’ve been living in the Riviera since March 2024. I can honestly say the apartments are very modern and nice. Parking is a little tight, otherwise doable, and the staff are usually very responsive. I had 3 water leaks within my first year of living here; but maintenance was good about getting it fixed asap. Sadly, over the last year I’ve had constant sinus issues and black snot- which led me to believe mold was in my unit. If you’re in the market looking for an all inclusive apartment, look no further. I would highly recommend The Riviera on Semmes. This is currently my second year living here after transferring to another apartment - which I love! During my transferring process the property manager LT was very helpful, informative and not to mention made the transfer process easy. He cares about his tenants and their concerns, what a wonderful property manager he is! 😊
LT helped me find an apartment that was within my budget and a reasonable amount of sq ft. He allowed me to take pictures and video of the apartments I was considering and walked me through all the amenities. He also answered all the questions I had and allowed me time to make a decision.
I had a wonderful experience with LT Wilkerson and his property management team throughout the entire application and move-in process. From the very beginning, LT was professional, responsive, and genuinely helpful.
