Affordable housing in the heart of Bethesda. 24/7 concierge. Some front desk staff have been working there for over 10 years - it's a community oriented building. They are very helpful if there are any questions. Parking is available in the attached garage, and is assigned - no headache to find parking after work. Building management is attentive to issues and extremely responsive. I lived there for 3 years.
