Dr Sue Vet consultant at west Tamar vet clinic treated our senior cat Cherry on 19/8/25 who had serious dental issues so well with such great expertise Really appreciate her professionalism clinical skills and diagnosis . Prior to that she treated another cat Neenu who was 19 years old with blockage of left submandibular salivary gland blockage and aspirated the distended gland with great success . We are so grateful for her help and her team and we would strongly recommend her for any complex issues with our pets
I brought my cat here for a check up and vaccinations, I loved the atmosphere and staff was amazing. Both myself and my cat felt calm especially with having my cat as a first time visit.

Dr Sue and her gorgeous staff are dedicated and kind. We are new to Launceston and we are glad we found this clinic. So far they have looked after our beautiful Marema, but soon they will meet the hilarious Labradoodle and our perpetually cranky cat. I would recommend Dr Sue to anyone wanting to find a vet for their new pet, very caring people.
Excellent staff going above and beyond for the comfort of their four legged patients. We've literally had to drag our dog to the vet, not so here. She's happy to visit this surgery
