Think it’s an absolute disgrace that a patient has to resort to threatening to make a complaint against a certain member of the admin staff before I actually got any assistance. This certain member of staff, who’s name I’ll keep to myself, clearly has some sort of spite or vendetta and in my opinion should consider a career change or maybe partake in some Human Resources training if they intend to stay this line of work
