If anyone is considering getting a house or flat from Riverside, I suggest you reconsider and go with another housing agency. Riverside have been known to neglect and ignore their tenants complaints doing next to nothing to sort problems.
Lie about repairs, don't deal with complaints, refuse to fix issues even when it's been inspected multiple times. Housing officers who are useless and then lie to you and refuse to deal the the same issues they were notified and saw them selves years ago. Area managers that refuse to deal with the same issues over 6 years and intentionally discriminate against me as I'm a dyslexic but tried to force to write to them multiple times about same issues. Bought my dream flat, but it's spoilt by the fact that Riverside (the management company) are completely incompetent. They waste so much time it's untrue and getting information from them is like getting blood from a stone.
