Riverside is quite literally the most useless company on Earth. No exaggeration
Riverside Group is the worst housing association in the country! My family have got essential repairs for our house that have been pending for more than one year, but Riverside simply won't do them! For instance, we have got mould and damp in my young children's bedroom and in my bathroom the tap has been leaking since last year.
