I tried out the 7-day pass and overall it's a great facility with friendly staff. The highlight for me is the steam room—it's the hottest in the city and has a cold water hose inside to cool down. The showers have strong pressure, and the changeroom TV is a cool feature. I didn't use the other facilities, so I can't speak to those. Unfortunately, a few drawbacks make it a poor fit for me. I paid a drop in fee of $15 plus tax and enjoyed a good workout. They have a women’s centre where I was able to do their circuit suggested circuit of machines. I found it perfect for my Sunday morning. I wasn’t sure what routine to do and this circuit worked great! Everything was clean and well organized.
Vicky GM is amazing. I just happened to walk in and she took me for a tour. Super positive and welcoming atmosphere. Exciting new place to hang out.
