Recommendedfailure to take medications and hygiene issues. We moved her to The Rivers. It was one that she felt "like home". Since being at The Rivers her health has improved so she no longer needs a walker and is more "with it" in being able to communicate with people. She also has a greater interest in getting out of her apartment and participating in activities. Her friends and I have noted the improvement of 100%.
