We recently hosted a post-elopement party here and had about 85 guests. VERY reasonably priced for the number of hours, the location right by the river, the full kitchen, and the table and chairs they provided. It is a blank space, so if you only rent it for a day plan for as much time as possible for setting up and decorating. We are so happy with our decision to host our event here.
