I wanted to say a massive thank you to the team here- especially Mohammad and his lovely dental nurse. I required a root canal due to a trauma on a tooth, but my normal dentist tried and failed to do it- the canal had calcified so much he could not safely or successfully perform the procedure. He referred me to this wonderful practice. They called me the following day, and I had an appointment booked in less than a week. There was confusion with the appointment times but the staff were so kind and helped it get sorted. Very caring and polite. Always a pleasure
Personally i wouldn’t recommend, this orthodontist, don’t get me wrong the staff are nice. However i was left with a massive amount of staining on my teeth, i’ve been left with straight teeth which is amazing, but they happily let me leave with dirty teeth! They told me to go and book a Hygienist appointment else where, is that not their job as part of the treatment?! As far as i know it is, how do i have more knowledge of this than them!
