Maria is so welcoming and professional we dint have an appointment and she accommodated us was able to present the property in a perfect way answered all our questions. The place is so homey and quite with nice renovations THANK YOU MARIA!
My husband, our Frenchie, and I have been living here for 5 years and absolutely love the community. The office has such a fantastic dynamic — Maria and Stephany are always attentive, helpful, and are always so genuinely kind. It’s rare to find a place that balances professionalism with such warmth. Wayne is also wonderful, always quick to help with any maintenance needs. The entire team is fantastic and truly makes this place feel like home! We are so happy here.
I’ve been a resident of this community for over 5 years and I’m as happy as I can be living here. This is such a beautiful place to live in this area, green all over the place, animals, nature and a dog paradise. Stephanie and Maria in the office are really efficient, helpful and polite. Wayne and the maintenance staff are always working on improving the property. I’m really satisfied with the service and the property and don’t see myself leaving this place anytime soon.
My experience living at the River Club has been awesome. The buildings are completely renovated and the grounds are well maintained plus there’s direct access to a walkway along the river. The gym and pool are always clean and never too crowded. They have multiple apartment layouts and regardless of which you choose the rents are extremely reasonable for the area. I’ve been a resident at River Club Apartments for about six years, and unfortunately, the experience has gone downhill in recent times. The maintenance response has declined noticeably — requests are not handled within the timelines promised, and it often feels like issues are being brushed off rather than resolved. The new front office staff member is another concern.
