I lived at RiverClub Apartments for many years, and I would not recommend that anyone move here. During my time there, there was constant noise every single day. The walls were extremely thin, and I could hear my neighbors using the bathroom and doing other activities. There was also black mold coming out of the faucets in my apartment. In my opinion, the property manager was unhelpful and did not address residents’ concerns effectively. What a Downgrade in the last 6 months! So greedy it feels kind of unethical, hidden fees out of nowhere. Thats what happens when you can’t be consistent with the management and don’t care about the residents, only the money, and cannot even sanitize the dog park or paint the parking lanes. 6 years here and never felt so unappreciated and threatened with legalities.

We’ve lived at RiverClub Apartments for six months now, and compared to our previous apartment complex, this community has been incredibly quiet. We especially appreciate that now that we have a baby. Maria, our leasing manager, was wonderful during our move-in process. We experienced a few issues with the AC and hot water, but whenever we submitted a maintenance request, the team responded promptly and resolved the problems quickly. So as I just moved out. I was sent s bill not my deposit back that my lease ended 9 days after I moved out . I was billed 900.00 dollars and my deposit was kept after so many years there this is how my exit went . DONT MOVE HERE

I would give this place 0 stars if I could. I could not wait to move out of River Club Apartments. I rented one of the townhomes expecting peace and privacy but the walls and floors are so thin that living there became unbelievably stressful. The downstairs neighbor constantly banged on the ceiling/floor over completely normal daytime walking. We went out of our way to accommodate the situation, we had FIVE rugs throughout the apartment living trying to reduce noise and it still wasn’t enough. What was most disappointing was... read more
