The whole building is made out of wood. And the people living upper stair let their kid play with the dog during quiet hour. So I can hear the running, jumping, screaming, barking during quiet hour. And when late at night, they would just walk back and forth right above my bedroom until 1 or 2am most of the time somehow. Maria and the management team at River Club are amazing! They are incredibly professional, responsive, and always helpful. They truly care about the residents.
Let me start by saying that I genuinely love this complex. Coming from the Upper East Side, being able to see grass every day, walk my dog, hear birds chirping, and enjoy the quiet surroundings has been incredible. Maintenance is excellent—you can schedule repairs without even needing to be home. The amenities are solid, and the price compared to the city is very reasonable. My husband, our Frenchie, and I have been living here for 5 years and absolutely love the community. The office has such a fantastic dynamic — Maria and Stephany are always attentive, helpful, and are always so genuinely kind. It’s rare to find a place that balances professionalism with such warmth. Wayne is also wonderful, always quick to help with any maintenance needs. The entire team is fantastic and truly makes this place feel like home! We are so happy here.
