Jaelyn was amazing. Very detailed and caring. Took time to do her best and expressed positive confidence in her work. She also guaranteed her product for at least two weeks. First nail experience I’ve ever enjoyed and felt seen. Can’t wait to go back!

She even helped me design a personalized plan for moving forward with treatments. I absolutely loved the vibe of the Ritzy Flat, from the jazz music to the aroma and dim lights, everything was just so relaxing! I'm looking forward to trying other services they offer!
