It is always such a pleasant experience shopping at Ritz. The staff are always so welcoming and helpful and the jeweller takes his time with you to help achieve what you are looking for. A beautiful range of jewellery you don't see everywhere else. My go to jewellery store :)
I recently brought in a very sentimental piece, a fine gold cross I received on my baptism over 50 years ago. I recently visited this store for the first time to have my watch battery replaced. During the process, I heard repeated hammering sounds from the workstation. Shortly, the staff came back to me that she was unable to open the lid, stating that “the lid just didn’t like to be opened.” Upon inspecting my watch, I noticed several scratches on the back, particularly in the area where force was applied to lift the lid.
