I spent an afternoon with my daughter and daughter in law at this location. The staff were friendly, welcoming and professional. The spa itself fell short. This location is small! The quiet room can accommodate 4 people total. The jacuzzi and pool for the spa are the main jacuzzi and pool for the entire hotel. Many children. We always have a wonderful stay. Wonderful staff. Always treated with kindness and respect.
Was a little underwhelmed with the experience. The ladies in the lobby were great and kept the champagne coming but other than that I could’ve went somewhere else for spa services. People were loud, kids in the pool and jacuzzi (i guess they have certain hours for that), robes looked worn down, very small spa. Not worth hundreds of dollars, will not be back! Very upset for my birthday
Did the gentleman‘s eucalyptus massage with Bonnie. She was amazing, I highly recommend the spa and especially Bonnie!!
