I travel to Orlando often, and this was my first experience with the Ritz. Super friendly staff, and also very helpful. The room was incredibly clean and comfortable. This is now my preferred place when I visit Orlando.
Just finished a painfully slow lunch at the pool restaurant. The waiters are unattentive and uncaring. Even after speaking with a manager, he just laughed. I realized when we checked out and saw the 18% automatic gratuity, why they don't care
