After my disastrous visit at your hotel yesterday, I can guarantee you one thing I will never set foot on a Ritz property again. What a scam you don’t even even tell people that they’re going to to be charged for valet parking. Let alone charge them $54 plus tax plus tip! You should be ashamed of yourselves. You go there to have dinner and you don’t find out until you leave that it’s gonna cost you $60 to get your car back. It’s not a fee it’s ransom.
This is an especially nice property considering it is a conference facility property rather than a resort property. Although this property does have some resort like features with nice pools and a great golf course. The conference/meeting facilities are large and very nice The hotel has a great bar and good food. You do not have to hike all the way to the Starbucks in the conference center because the hotel has a terrific coffee spot with everything you need.
