Beautiful facility. Really impressed. Debbie greeted me and she was so lovely and gracious. Had a massage with Catherine that was top notch!!!!
Well… I booked two services: one for myself and one for my daughter. My daughter enjoyed her massage with Catherine, but unfortunately mine was very disappointing (Homer). The first impression wasn’t great — the therapist never asked about my pressure preferences and gave me barely a minute to get undressed and under the blanket. He walked back in just as I was pulling the sheet up, which felt extremely uncomfortable. Throughout the service, it seemed as though he was hesitant to touch me, and the massage itself was ineffect... read more
booked a couples massage and for myself and my boyfriend and I booked a deep tissue for myself and It was not deep tissue at all, and they did not address the areas that I asked them to address. Top tier hotel. I mean, I already know ew the RITZ was an experience, but NOLA Ritz Out did themselves. The service was IMPECCABLE. From the doorman, to the front desk, to the lounge staff. Exquisite . I will return promptly and will not stay anywhere else. I usually stay at the WINDSOR COURT, and though it is a wonderful hotel with great staff, nothing in my estimation can beat THE RITZ now. I have to mention Taj at the front desk. She made my stay so grand by going above and beyond. She is a wonderful asset to the team. We... read more
