Nice rooms. Davenport Lounge is the highlight
My partner and I booked couples voodoo massages. The therapist we had were very good. However, there seemed to be not enough staff. I asked for a comprehensive tour. I got an "ok" - there's this, this, and this My partner however got no guidance. He was left on his own to figure out and "enjoy" the amenities. He wasn't even shown the amenities!!! Bottom line - this was his father's day gift - and for the first time ever I am disappointed in the Ritz Carlton. I thought there motto was to go above and beyond.
This spa is very inviting and warm. You definitely get the experience you pay for and very professional talented massage therapist followed by champagne, water and healthy snacks. Nelly is incredible and I request her specifically she is easy to talk to and amazing at getting that tension out of your muscles. You will not regret booking this appointment...BOOK THE APPOINTMENT... I am sure you deserve a great massage.
A lovely interlude during our vacation! I got the prenatal massage and my friends tried the relaxing massages. The staff were lovely and made us feel pampered. We left super-relaxed and glowing. Thanks for everything!
