I really liked Salt as the service was excellent. Dinner was great there and they really made a superb effort. The rest of the hotel is just okay. Service in the other restaurants was just okay. It was unfortunate that the weather was crappy while we were there and so we spent a lot of time in the hotel as opposed to outside on the beach. Room was a little tired looking. Probably wouldn’t come back here.
As our choice of a 2 night stay for our 2nd year wedding anniversary we were very pleased with our experience and stay here. However one very large hiccup that could have been made was the romance package we paid for that should have been delivered to the room at 5:00pm was disappointingly delivered at 8:30pm. That would be hours late as well as to after we had reservations for dinner dining. As firm instructions asked on a preference that there was dietary restrictions they were completely ignored. Amazing hotel! For sure worth the price tag! Service, location and overall experience was unmatched! Kudos to Jack from valet parking for his amazing service and to Julie the very best bartender ever at the lobby bar !!! Highly recommended!!!
