My husband and I stopped at the Ritz for a meal while staying nearby on Amelia Island. We decided to try the Tidewater Grill after being offered a quick tour of the hotel grounds by a lovely young lady named Emma, who apparently manages a couple of the hotel restaurants. Great location and experience! I attended a conference and the food was outstanding. Rooms are beautiful and clean with wonderful amenities. I especially want to acknowledge Nanette Rapuzzi, Assistant Food and Beverage Manager, for going out of her way to greet me and my party for dinner. She is a tremendous asset to the Ritz-Carlton and represents the best in hospitality and care. Thank you!
What a gem! Beautiful, secluded location with great amenities, including tennis and bikes and golf. Cute downtown in Fernindina Beach with great dining and shopping. Our team was there for a conference and we will be back! We loved the service we received, especially from Joanna the concierge. She went above and beyond to make our stay very personal and amazing!!
